DESCRIPTION:The Career Guidance and Competitive Examination Cell\, in association with Titan LeAP – Naandi Foundation\, successfully conducted a 5-days Employability Skill Training Programme (Soft Skill) from 13–17 July 2026 for all final-year students. The programme aimed to enhance employability skills and prepare students for campus placements and professional careers. A team of 11 experienced trainers delivered 25 hours of interactive sessions on self-awareness\, goal setting\, personality development\, professional communication\, body language\, grooming\, resume preparation\, interview skills\, group discussions\, project presentation\, and career opportunities. A total of 675 students benefited from this programme.
