Mr.C.M.Jayaraman provided an in-depth overview of the Consumer Protection Act\, highlighting its historical development\, objectives\, and the legal framework designed to safeguard consumer interests. Mr.M.M.Rajendran elaborated on the fundamental rights of consumers as stipulated by the Act. Mr.R.Kumar focused on the duties of consumers\,\nstressing the importance of being informed and responsible. This session provided practical insights into common challenges faced by consumers and effective strategies for resolving disputes. \n  \n
