DESCRIPTION:     \n       \nAnti-Drug Awareness Pledge and Rally at AVP College \nOn August 11\, 2025\, the NSS Cell\, UBA\, and Anti-Drug Committee of AVP College of Arts and Science organized a Mass Anti-Drug Pledge as part of the “Drug-Free Tamilnadu Awareness Programme.” The event aimed to promote a drug-free lifestyle among students. \nThe pledge-taking ceremony was led by Mr. Praveen Gowtham\, IPS\, Deputy Commissioner of Tirupur City\, along with the Principal\, NSS Program Officers\, faculty members\, and police officials. Following the pledge\, an awareness rally was conducted to spread the message among the public. \nSeventy NSS and UBA volunteers\, three faculty members\, and six police personnel participated in the event\, creating awareness about the dangers of drug abuse. \n  \n
