The School of Biotechnology, in collaboration with WWF-India, has organized a workshop titled “Experimental Methods in Water Quality Testing” on 11th July 2025 in the Biotechnology Laboratory.

This workshop is specially arranged for selected UG Biotechnology students, providing them with hands-on experience in water quality testing methods.

WWF-India is actively working to protect the Noyyal and Bhavani river basins in Tamil Nadu. Their ongoing efforts involve collaboration with NGOs and local communities to monitor water quality, identify pollution sources, and promote eco-friendly water usage, especially within the textile and industrial sectors.
