The School of Liberal Arts – English, A.V.P. College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), organized a Faculty Development Programme for Placement Trainers on the theme “Redefining Education for Gen Z” on 20.06.2026. The session was conducted by Dr. K. Mahalakshmi, Associate Professor, Department of English, RVS College of Arts and Science, Sulur, Coimbatore. The programme provided valuable insights into understanding Generation Z learners and adopting innovative teaching and training strategies. Faculty members and placement trainers actively participated and benefited from the interactive session.
